Where are you located? What towns to you travel to?


We are a locally owned and operated company. However, your cleaning specialists will come to your location to service your vehicle. Presently we are servicing all of Northern NJ and parts of Ocean and Monmouth Counties including coastal towns, Brick, Toms River, Point Pleasant, Seaside Heights, + More Our Northern NJ coverage includes: Bergen, Passaic, Essex, Morris, Hudson, and Union Counties, + more. If you are outside our current ares, email us with your desired location, and we will let you know when we are up and running in your area. Here is a list of towns but if you don't see your town, send us an email! Where do I bring my car?  Where do you provide your services?


Our professional cleaning specialists come to you! We will clean your vehicle at the location at your choosing (work, school, home, store) and at a time that is convenient for you. Our cleaning specialists are presently servicing Northern New Jersey. You will be provided with the highest level of customer service and satisfaction within our northern New Jersey service area. Cleaning will begin at the time of your appointment. Do not leave personal belongings in your vehicle during time of service as your cleaning specialist will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items. You must complete all of your preparations (removal of personal items, garbage, etc) before your appointment.




What are your hours and what days are you available?


You will make your appointment date and time directly with your Car Cleaning Specialist, who will contact you after your deposit is paid. The final details, confirmation of date, and a more precise time must be determined directly with your car cleaning specialist. We have appointments every day of the week. If you have questions, contact us and we will be able to provide you with more information to help you schedule your online appointment.




What are your fees?


The fees listed include travel to your location as well as interior car cleaning, vacuuming, and disinfecting. Please review our pricing page for more inforrmation. We will require all customers to pay a small deposit online plus tax for each appointment at time of booking. In the event our staff arrives to your location and you are not there, we will wait for 10 minutes. After that time, our staff will depart and you will forfeit the deposit. There is a slightly higher cost for larger vehicles such as minivans, SUV's, full size vans, pickup trucks.




Will there be extra charges?


There are no extra charges. However, larger vehicles do cost more on our pricing page. NJ Sales Tax will be applied upon final checkout and payment. We are not a detailing company. So, we do not remove soil, wash the interior, wash carpets, remove stains or excessive soil, mold/mildew and human/animal soils. If your vehicle contains any of these soils or if not sure, our professional staff will not be able to assist.




How do I pay?


At the time of booking, you must pay $20 as a deposit (plus tax on that portion) online or over the phone using either a credit/debit card or Paypal. Then you must pay the balance in person at the time of service, directly to your car cleaning specialist. Ask if they require cash or if they can take a credit/debit card. We hope that you tip your car cleaning specialist. They would appreciate tips.




Are tips expected?


Tips are always appreciated for great customer service. Service packages are priced to provide a fair payment to our staff memebers and a fair value to our customers, but our staff would appreciate cash tips.




How long does the service take?


We estimate approximately 30 minutes but the exact amount of time to provide the highest level of service and satisfacxtion will depend on several factors, including vehicle size & type. Your car cleaning specialist will be able to provide an accurate time once they arrive at your location.




Do you guarantee your services? Can I read reviews?


The best way to assure YOUR satisfaction is to thoroughly review your vehicle BEFORE the work begins and AFTER the work is completed directly with the car cleaning specialist assigned to your vehicle. Do not pay your car cleaning specialist or let your car cleaning specialist leave until you are satisfied with the job. Carcleaningdelivery is not responsible for work performance by the car cleaning specialist, so we are not able to refund your deposit. Our expectation is that the car cleaning specialist will maintain a high level of customer satisfaction directly with you, and you will not pay them until their job is completed to your satisfaction. Do not let your car cleaning specialist leave until you are satisfied with your job.




Do you offer gift certificates?


Yes, we offer gift certificates for any occassion and will send you a customized certificate which can be printed or forwarded via email. Please contact us by email or phone for further details.




What if the weather is bad the day of my appointment?


If it's inclement weather the day of your appointment since you are having interior service performed, we will try our best to still come to your location and do the work. Please contact your Car Cleaning Specialist if you would like to reschedule your appointment due to inclement weather. Your deposit will be used towards your new date of service.




What is your cancellation policy?


Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment, however, your deposit may be used towards rescheduling for a future appointment. If your Car Cleaning Specialist needs to reschedule due to inclement weather, you deposit will be used towards a future appointment.




Do you have any fundraising opportunities?


YES! We donate a percentage of your referred sales. Contact us for more details.




What do you use to disinfect?


All of the disinfectants we use are registered with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA). CONTACT US for more detailed information on the cleaners and disinfectants we use. Your car cleaning specialist is required to wear a mask and gloves.




Do you provide detailing or special services?


We are not a car detailing service nor a car wash. We offer frequent cleaning, sanitizing, disinfecting and vacuuming. The services we offer are for frequent disinfecting "in between" detailing and will lessen the frequency of needing a full deep cleaning detail. What we DON"T offer: Exterior Wash or Wax Bug/Tar Removal Tire Dressing Wheel/Hubcap Restoration Carpet/Upholstery Shampooing




Can you come to my workplace, the gym, the salon, or while I'm grocery shopping to clean my car during the day?


Yes. We can provide interior cleaning services wherever you choose, if your location is within our service area. For example, while you are shopping, in the office, getting a massage, hair cut, working out at the gym, working from home, getting a manicure, or pretty much anywhere. Tell your cleaning specialist the exact location, vehicle type and color, and license plate, and our cleaning specialist will call or text you upon arrival to meet at your vehicle prior to our beginning service.




Do you disinfect coronavirus / Covid-19?


The botanical disinfectant that our car cleaning specialists use kills 99.9% of viruses, including the coronavirus, when used as directed. Now that’s worth sharing.. Contact us if you want more detailed information on these products. The EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) recently published a revised and updated list of disinfectants and cleaners that can be used in the effort to prevent the spread of SARS-CoV-2, or Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). This list includes the disinfectant that our car cleaning specialists use. COVID-19 is caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus. The disinfectant our car cleanins specialists use kills similar viruses, and therefore can be used against SARS-CoV-2 virus when used in accordance with the directions for use against rhinovirus and poliovirus on hard, non-porous surfaces (see website www.cleaningtoyou.com for more details). Refer to the CDC website at www.cdc.gov/COVID-19/2019-ncov for additional information. This botanical disinfectant uses natural and proven ingredients such as thyme oil and citric acid rather than harsh chemicals like chlorine bleach and quaternary disinfectants. You can protect your family against invading viruses and from the dangers of poisons too. With the botanical disinfectant our car cleaning specialists use, you don’t have to compromise the safety of your family for the effectiveness you need. This botanical disinfectant kills 99.9% of viruses, including the coronavirus, when used as directed. Now that’s worth sharing..




What do I do on the day of my service?


1. Prior to the arrival of the car cleaning specialist, please ensure all personal items and trash have been removed from the vehicle. 2. Ensure access to the vehicle by the car cleaning specialist, ahead of their arrival. 3. Point out any areas of concern in the vehicle interior with your car cleaning specialist, such as stains, wear, etc. to the car cleaning specialist. While we do not guarantee 100% stain removal, it is important to note those areas. 4. After the completion of vacuuming, cleaning and disinfecting your vehicle interior, review the work with your car cleaning specialist to ensure your satisfaction PRIOR to paying. 5. Anything that might have been missed, forgotten or not done to your satisfaction will be corrected immediately at that time. 6. Once service is completed to your satisfaction, pay your remaining balance (+ tax) to your car cleaning specialist (tips are appreciated). 7. Once the car cleaning specialist has been paid and leaves the premises, the job will have been considered complete and you will have assumed to be satisfied with the work performed.




How do I book your service?


Car cleaning and disinfection delivered to you. We are not a car detailing service. Our low prices include cleaning, disinfecting and vacuuming of interior surfaces, plus the benefit of someone coming to you to complete the service, at your desired location, and at a time that works for you.

How do I use my Groupon?


To book our services using Groupon, simply send us a picture of your Groupon or read us the Groupon code over the telephone. Once we receive your Groupon, one of our car cleaning specialists will contact you to schedule the best date, time, and location for your cleaning. How do you keep your prices so low?


How do we travel to you, and worki so hard to clean your car interior for such a reasonable price? Here are a few reasons: 1. We do not wash the exterior 2. We do not shampoo carpets nor shampoo upholstery 3. We rely on word of mouth by satisfied customers for advertising Our customers use us regularly, to keep their vehicles clean from dust, dirt, pet hair, sand, their dashboard clean, window interiors, etc, and love the fact that we come to your location! We have cleaned cars in office parking lots, the salon, a farm, we even cleaned a car parked while the customers were eating in a restaurant!

We will assume that you have accepted the results of your cleaning specialists' work once they leave.  Therefore, once your cleaning specialists leave we are not responsible for refunding your deposit.

 

We ask our customers to email us with reviews of our staff members and provide feedback.  These results will be shared with them.  Our expectation is to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
